HOW TO USE IT:
1. COLD EFFECT
Perform a classic gel application, polish gel or work on a layer of gel cohesion finish;
After applying the second coat, sprinkle the entire nail or part of it with Black Snow Powder, then catalyze;

Then remove the excess with a soft brush.
